The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MoCA) on June 19, 2026, issued a circular regarding grants Fee Relaxation for Delayed Filing of Form DPT-3.
The following has been stated:-
•The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has provided relief to companies by allowing the filing of Form DPT-3 (Return of Deposits) for FY 2025-26 without additional fees up to July 31, 2026.
•The original due date for filing the form is June 30, 2026.
•The relaxation has been granted in view of data center capacity enhancement and restoration activities following a fire incident on June 05, 2026.
•This measure aims to ease compliance for companies affected by the disruption.
